👉How to revise for AQA GCSE Geography

Here are some top tips to make your revision more effective:

1. Organise Your Notes🗂️

Make a topic checklist for each paper and tick off areas you’ve revised. Colour-coding physical and human geography can make it easier to remember!

2. Use Case Studies Wisely📖

Know at least one detailed case study per topic. Create quick flashcards for each one with “causes → impacts → responses” on the back.

 3. Practise Map and Graph Skills🗺️

You’ll often need to interpret maps, graphs and photos, so practise with past papers and specimen questions.

 4. Answer Practice Questions🧩

Timing is key ⏰ - aim to complete full practice papers under exam conditions. Check your answers against the AQA mark schemes to see what examiners are looking for.

 5. Use the Pre-Release Booklet (Paper 3)💬

When it’s released, highlight key themes and arguments, and practise writing balanced answers that evaluate different viewpoints.

 6. Mix It Up!🌟

Use a mix of methods - quizzes, diagrams, revision videos and group discussions. Teaching a topic to someone else is a great way to reinforce your knowledge! 👩‍🏫
